that camera placement does not permit viewing of residents while they are showering or using the toilet.   Intake holding cells and designated special purpose rooms are equipped with cameras; however, privacy barriers effectively prevent the toilet areas from being visible on camera. The auditor confirmed these privacy measures through direct observation during the facility tour. All rooms also have black curtains secured on the exterior of their cell door that further limit viewing without cause.   Residents reported that they are afforded adequate privacy during showers and personal hygiene activities.
