Capital Fund Program FY26-FY30 Capital 5-Year
Plan
This morning a public hearing is being held to receive
comments on the proposed Capital Fund Program (CFP)
FY 2026 – FY 2030 5-Year Plan.
A notice appeared in the Daily Press on Sunday, July 26,
2026, and at the NNRHA Wilbern building, as well as all
Public Housing rental offices. On July 30, 2026, NNRHA
staff met with the Resident Advisory Board to present the
draft plan. A copy of the draft plan was placed in each Public
Housing rental office, the occupancy office and the NNRHA
main office at 227 27th Street, Newport News, Virginia and
is available for public examination during business hours.
