Public Housing Agency Plans
Five-Year Plan and Annual Plan for FY 2027-2031
Submission of HUD Form 50075-ST
This morning a public hearing is being held to receive
comments on the proposed Public Housing Agency Five-
Year Plan for 2027-2031 and submission of HUD Form
50075-ST.
A notice appeared in the Daily Press on Sunday, July 26,
2026, and in the Tidewater Hispanic on August 6, 2026. The
notice was posted at the NNRHA Wilbern Building, all
Public Housing rental offices and the occupancy office
stating the draft Five-Year Plan was available for public
review at the Authority’s office at 227 27th Street, Newport
News, Virginia during business hours. NNRHA staff met
with the Resident Advisory Board on July 30, 2026, to
present the draft plan.
