The dumpster pusher has also been ordered is about 1-2 weeks out. Additionally, each floor
has received locking door handles to the trash shoot to assist maintenance with servicing
anything in the trash room. The sanitation and functionality that this project is providing will
greatly benefit the overall building conditions of the facility.
The main chiller for the building is not scheduled to ship until early November 2026. Once
installed, there will be an increase in building climate control capabilities and system
reliability. This will greatly improve the optimization of the building and provide a more
comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Pinecroft Apartments
Two capital improvement projects for Pinecroft Apartments have been put out for bid. On
Wednesday, August 26, 2026, a pre-bid meeting was held for the exterior washing and
painting project. The planned exterior improvements will include chemical washing, painting,
and repairs as needed. The public bid opening will be held on Tuesday, September 15,
2026, at 4pm in the 1st floor boardroom. On Thursday, August 27, 2026, a pre-bid meeting
was held for interior improvements to focus on painting the common areas, stairways,
hallways, and to include repairs as needed. The public bid opening will be held on
Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 4pm in the 1st floor boardroom.
These improvements will support the continued effort of maintaining the property and to
ensure that Pinecroft remains a safe and well-maintained housing community.
