Rahul Sidhu - VP, Aviation
Rahul Sidhu is Flock’s VP of Aviation at Flock and the former Chief Executive Officer and
co-founder of Aerodome. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of
SPIDR Tech, an automated customer service software suite for public safety, which was
acquired by Versaterm in 2021. Rahul has served as a police officer for Redondo Beach Police
Department since 2013, formerly full-time and now as a reserve officer. There, he stood up the
nation’s second drone-as-first-responder (DFR) program. Rahul has also served as a
paramedic, crew chief, and airplane pilot.
Kenaniah Cerny - Distinguished Engineer
Kenaniah Cerny is a Distinguished Engineer at Flock and former Chief Architect and co-founder
of Aerodome. Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of SPIDR Tech,
an automated customer service software suite for public safety, which was acquired by
Versaterm in 2021. Kenaniah has more than eighteen years of software engineering experience,
more than eight years of which was focused on public safety technology, including integrating
with over thirty police and fire software platforms.
Brett Kanda - Director, DFR Sales
Brett Kanda is Flock’s Director of DFR Sales and former Senior Vice President of Business
Development and founding employee of Aerodome. Previously, he was the Vice President of
Sales and Marketing and founding employee of BRINC, a drone hardware company focused on
first responders. Prior to that, Brett was the UAS Business Development Manager for FLIR
Systems, a leader in thermal imaging and advanced sensors, and served as a Director at the
FAA’s Nevada Institute for Autonomous Systems (NIAS). Brett has dedicated more than the
past eleven years of his career to the drone industry.
Keith Kauffman - Director, DFR Strategy
Keith Kauffman is Flock’s Director of DFR Strategy and former Vice President of Strategy at
Aerodome. He grew up in Southern California and has a BA degree from UCLA in Spanish
Literature, and a Master’s from Cal State University Dominguez Hills in Negotiations and Conflict
Management. He spent 22 years as a police officer in the City of Hawthorne, CA working his
way up through the rank of Captain. Keith spent his last seven years as the Police Chief and
the last 18 months concurrently, as the Fire Chief in the City of Redondo Beach, CA. After he
retired in 2022, he helped founder and CEO Rahul Sidhu, spin up a new tech company called
