Answered by Gary Sightler: The information requested in Section 9, Pricing Proposal, should include the
total anticipated cost for the first year of service for the proposed citywide deployment. This section is
intended to only be a baseline cost and additional pricing detail shall be provided in the proposal and
shall be uploaded in response to Question 18 of the Vendor Questionnaire.

Question: Would the City be open to receiving more than one pricing option reflecting different
configurations or levels of service for the Drone as First Responder Program? If so, where should we
note those options within the Pricing Proposal and Vendor Questionnaire?
