(Completed Matrix shall be submitted with the bid/proposal)
OFFEROR NAME: Flock Safety
Introduction
This matrix shall be submitted with the bid/proposal. Responses will assist the City in evaluating bids/proposals related to City Information
Technology Security Policy. A clear identification of each element contained in the matrix is required in order to sustain and ensure a solid
foundation for the development and implementation of secure information technology practices within the City. Contractors with access to City
information resources are required to abide by all policies and procedures of the City.
The Matrix is divided into four main sections, as identified below. A response to each of the relevant sections of the proposed solution/service is
required.
● Section A is to provide basic information regarding the proposed solution.
● Section B is relevant to Cloud/Hosted services, or hybrid Cloud services, in which the solution will be located in non-City datacenters.
● Section C is applicable to traditional on-premises solutions which will be located in City datacenters under control by City personnel.
● Section D requires responses regardless if solution is a cloud/hosted solution or traditional on-premises solution. This section covers
general functional security capabilities inherent to the solution.
How to Use the Matrix
Each section has multiple columns:
● Standard – This section includes the requirement that needs to be addressed. It can take the form of a question or a statement.
● Compliance – Offeror (organization) shall provide a high-level response to the Standard. The answers can be YES, NO, or N/A. Offeror
should check the appropriate boxes to indicate the capability of proposed service/solution. Offeror may provide a higher level
explanation of answers in the Comments/Additional Information” section.
● Comments/Additional Information – In this section, Offeror may provide any additional information required to answer the question.
