Executive Summary Flock Aerodome is transforming public safety with the most advanced, fully remote, fully automated Drone as First Responder (DFR) platform on the market. Designed from the ground up to deliver real-time aerial support within three minutes, the Aerodome system enables a teleoperator to launch and control drones remotely—across multiple stations and jurisdictions—with a single click. From a centralized location, agencies can deploy drones to any call for service in an average of just 86 seconds, with response times as fast as 41 seconds for incidents within one mile—nearly two minutes faster than traditional DFR platforms. This dramatic increase in speed allows agencies to gain situational awareness before ground units arrive, improving response quality, officer safety, and public outcomes. Flock Aerodome integrates seamlessly with the agency’s existing technology stack, including Flock911 / Flock911 DFR, Flock OS, Fusus, Flock Nova, Flock ALPR, Flock Audio (gunshot detection), Inflight Flock ALPR, Evidence.com, and most major CAD systems. This ecosystem integration enables a fluid, end-to-end workflow where drone response is streamlined by real-time alerts and call data. The Aerodome platform includes two primary drone configurations: ➔ M350 with Battery Swap Dock – optimized for rapid redeployment and high-performance zoom payloads, including license plate recognition at 1,000 feet. ➔ Matrice 4TD with Dock 3 – designed for persistent presence, with a real-world flight time of ~40 minutes and a recharge time of ~25 minutes—halving the infrastructure requirements compared to competing contact-charging docks. Supporting this hardware is a robust software platform that includes: ➔ Flight Operations Module – for remote piloting with HD video, thermal, night vision, and automated navigation ➔ Spectator Module – enabling authorized personnel to view live drone feeds on desktop and mobile with push alerts ➔ Air Traffic Awareness Module – a digital visual observer system that meets BVLOS compliance with automated threat mitigation
