Pricing and Deployment Options
Flock Aerodome DFR follows the same subscription model as our LPRs, providing proactive
monitoring and no-hassle maintenance so drones, docks, and radars remain operational 24/7.
The subscription is a fully turnkey solution designed to get agencies operational within 16
weeks of signature.
Important for Pricing: One of the most significant advantages of the Flock Aerodome DFR
platform is that our effective range allows us to cover 3X the square miles as virtually anyone
else on the market. Many platforms and DFR providers on the market, including Flock
Aerodome can fly 3.5 miles, 5 miles, or even 10 miles away; however, the question becomes
how long it will take to arrive on scene and how long the aircraft can stay there. This is where
effective range comes in. Because we can fly 51 MPH and have 35-40 minutes of real-world
battery life, our effective range is 3.5 miles in any direction covering 38 sq. mi. Most other
companies you will see fly around 30 MPH with a 20-25 minute real-world flight time limiting
their effective range to 2 miles or only 12 sq. mi. This becomes very important as we begin to
discuss coverage maps. Where one area may only take Flock Aerodome two locations to cover
geographically may take another company closer to six giving us a very unique cost
advantage.
The Flock Aerodome deployment model is incredibly unique in the sense that until the
agencies' FAA waiver for BVLOS without the need for Visual Observers is approved, Flock will
provide a contract pilot to staff the agency's launch location for 40 hours/week. This enables
the agency to start flying without having to wait for FAA timelines.
The following sections are pricing options based on the proposed layouts. Being a turnkey
solution, the following services are included in each subscription and will be referred to as
Services in the below tables.
Services Included:
● Integrations: CAD and Flock911 DFR. Flock will do the integration free of charge but has
no control over whether the CAD vendor will charge the agency. Real Time software is
also included in the integrations as well as Flock ALPR, Flock Audio, Flock Nova, Flock
OS, Fusus, Evidence.com, and more.
