Forecast bridge accounts for the published totals. Receiving allocations demonstrate the capacity
screen. Financial comparison separates priced allowances from unknown implementation costs.

source register full FTE reconciliation
The October 3 2026 baseline NNPS-2026-10-03-R3 and companion workbook retain the receiving-
allocation, forecast-bridge and FTE-reconciliation calculations and earlier research source history.
Appendix G corrects prior staffing wording and provides the full reconciliation. Pupil counts are
rounded for display; capacity ceilings use whole pupils. A version-aligned workbook is a proposed
engagement deliverable.
Standard and scope of review
Selected GAO principles inform evidence relevance, reliability, sufficiency, reproducibility and
disclosure of limitations. The review was not conducted under all GAGAS requirements and provides
no assurance or certification. It did not independently authenticate every external source, parent
original, operating condition or workbook formula. [S79]Jump to an indexed page (48 of 48)
