The proposed pool is driver overtime $2,122,150 plus vehicle fuel $1,700,000; FY2025 actual
equivalents are $2,607,406 plus $1,889,278. Neither is a verified avoidable pool. If only half is eligible,
a 10% reduction equals 5% of the full pool. Calculations use unrounded values; displayed dollars are
rounded. Guaranteed hours, base wages, benefits, debt and contract extensions are excluded from
the claimed saving pool.

Cumulative two-pilot break-even requires 18.74% of the proposed pool or 15.93% of the historical
pool for four years. Annual recurring break-even on the proposed pool is 15.95%. Eligibility and
attainability remain unproven. Seek appropriations for commitments without relying on unverified
savings.
For an escalation downside, grow FY2028 setup and all future annual costs by 3% from FY2027 while
holding assumed savings fixed. Gross cost becomes approximately $3,060,428 and five-year net
($1,531,568). This is a stress test, not a forecast. Fuel, labor and eligible duty assumptions should
ultimately be varied separately.Jump to an indexed page (48 of 48)
