The 20-pupil example assumes net additions at the host, not 20 new division pupils. Existing host
pupils taking a new program do not raise host enrollment. Newsome Park and Greenwood already
have program pathways; this allowance does not price a complete new magnet or a divisionwide
reform. [S03, S10, S39]
At 20 offered seats, the annual envelope is $13,800 per offered seat; at 15 occupied seats, it is
$18,400 per occupied seat. These ratios exclude setup/shared readiness and do not equal cost per
unique beneficiary when coaching or intervention reaches others. Count unique pupils and actual
minutes before evaluating value.
A teacher cannot simultaneously fill the satellite classroom and a full intervention assignment. A pilot
must specify qualification, timetable, coach caseload and outcome measurement. A favorable
instructional result would support that service; it would not by itself establish a facility consolidation.Jump to an indexed page (48 of 48)
