Published financial baseline and capital commitments
Source-backed division expenses establish scale and accounting context. They do not establish what
a named option avoids. Overlapping functions, departments and capital allocations must remain
separate.

The Huntington replacement is described as 600 places anticipated during 2026–27. Confirm
opening/usable capacity and count replacement versus temporary co-location once; those places are
not all net additions. The operating model assumes no construction-sales-tax referendum revenue for
instructional salaries. Urgent safety work should continue while discretionary capacity projects are
aligned with the selected footprint. [S04, S11, S17–S18, S36]Jump to an indexed page (48 of 48)
