Other completed pair screens
The available detailed records produce 97 same-level pairs from 20 eligible schools after exclusions.
Four meet the aggregate 90% upper ceiling. Most fail the separate three-mile campus-point screen;
none is a verified travel or receiving-school solution. [S03; unchanged workbook Capacity screens]

Receiver names identify the larger published capacity used in each screen, not an adopted
destination. The Crittenden result fits the upper ceiling but is below the 80% lower band; it requires 25
additional pupils to reach 1,242. Hines has no whole-pupil headroom under the ceiling. Neither result
establishes grade, course or staffed capacity.

These examples show why proximity and low utilization at one school are insufficient. The larger
published building does not hold both cohorts within the planning ceiling. A distributed alternative,
such as the southeast two-receiver tests, changes the calculation and the possible burdens.
Coverage can change the option set
Eighteen study schools lack matched current detailed capacity records. Additional receivers,
room/program constraints and student origins may change the feasible alternatives. The campus
maps in Appendix B show locations and program hosts; they do not show proposed attendance
zones, road-connected service areas, crossings or pupil origins.Jump to an indexed page (48 of 48)
