All figures are author planning allowances. Readiness costs are route/data work, specialist review and
family engagement. Each pilot has one setup allowance and annual staffing/support. Shared
verification is charged once per year. Existing funded scope may reduce incremental cash only when
documented; no credit has been assumed.
For 2026–27, published 192-day teacher base pay is $57,000/$60,990 at entry and $65,170/$69,732
at ten years for bachelor/master schedules. At master/ten-year rates, two salaries total $139,464,
leaving $60,536 within the $200,000 two-teacher allowance for benefits and other included cost. This
check does not validate a loaded quote. [S26]
FY2027 has readiness only; FY2028 has program setup plus the first annual operating year; FY2029–
31 repeat annual costs. Readiness and verification gross cost = 220,800 + 4 × 57,500. One pilot adds
103,500 + 4 × 276,000. A second adds the same amount. The constant-dollar model excludes
divisionwide instructional reform, major construction and a full new magnet.Jump to an indexed page (48 of 48)
