Transportation records and operating meaning
The August 24 2026 records establish staffing counts and export arithmetic. They do not yet establish
trip reliability, the cause of each classification or savings from a changed duty. The school-arrival
exports are not student-origin or home-arrival records. [S70–S73]

These counts come from the HR snapshot, not a count of qualified drivers available for a particular
AM/PM duty. License, training, leave, assignment and coverage data must be linked before
calculating a duty-coverage rate. Personnel names are omitted.

“Missed” is an unconfirmed system classification. The 112 entries must not be described as 112 failed
buses or a verified percentage of children unserved. The PM file has 69 data rows and 57 school
labels; the AM file has 42 rows and lacks Act, Missed and Pending fields. [S71–S72]
NNPS reported 2025 changes removing more than 4,000 daily miles, 575 stops and 26 routes, with bell changes
separately described as 13 fewer routes/buses. These are division-reported results, potentially overlapping, and
cannot be summed or converted directly to cash. Match old/new duties, paid hours, actual trips and costs before
extending them. [S74]Jump to an indexed page (48 of 48)
