Evidence baseline and interpretation
The evidence baseline distinguishes directly located record content, attributed accounts, reported
recommendations and proposed actions. Historical records span 2022 through April 2025. Current
school hours and selected official guidance were checked on October 8, 2026. No new field
inspection or calibrated traffic study was completed in preparing this proposal.

How the calls are counted
The 12 traffic-control identifiers comprise 11 morning records on 10 dates and one afternoon record.
Two November 1, 2023 identifiers may describe successive support during the same morning. Record
arrival fields establish attendance; they do not establish continuous coverage for every school
movement. [R02; Appendix B]
The September 29, 2023 reckless-driving report was received at 4:51 p.m. and recorded gone on
arrival. It is an attributed allegation, not a confirmed morning violation. The November 13, 2024
property-damage entry was canceled as a duplicate of a linked event. Do not count it as an additional
independent crash. [R02, PDF pp. 10-12, 66-69]Jump to an indexed page (28 of 28)
