Responsibilities and client inputs
NNPS should designate a sponsor with authority to coordinate this review and confirm the decision
route. Assignments below are proposed functions, not claims about present delegation or accepted
commitments. City approval remains necessary for public-road work.

Approve scope and campus operating decisions within delegated authority;
coordinate funding and escalation.
Discovery administration
Confirm daily procedures, handoff, staff duties, family notices and
implementation readiness.
NNPS transportation and facilities
Provide bus/load information, current site plans, maintenance records and
campus-work requirements.
City traffic engineering
Validate street and access conditions, compare layouts and approve road-
device designs through the proper process.
NNPD and authorized crossing
personnel
Confirm lawful roadway duties and coverage; assess enforcement and
reconcile incident/crash records.
Fire/EMS and accessibility
reviewers
Evaluate affected access and boarding arrangements before route or physical
changes proceed.
Finance procurement and counsel
Confirm resources, contract overlap, procurement, effective legal
requirements and data arrangements.
Lead consultant and approved
specialists
Maintain evidence and comparison records; report findings and gaps without
assuming operational authority.
Inputs needed from the responsible custodians
Provide the current campus and public-street access plans; full engineering study and responses;
current daily duty and backup rosters; arrival/dismissal instructions; relevant bus movements;
sign/marking and later work records; linked collision reports; public audit results and corrective-action
status; and current cost and funding information. Obtain current qualified review for access domains
not established in the historic file.
