Program for Public Information Annual Progress Report 3.2. REVIEW OF OUTREACH MESSAGES At the 2024-2025 Annual Review Meeting on June 11, 2025, the Committee reviewed the established outreach messages to: • Update messaging where needed to improve its utility within outreach projects, and • Identify topics that had not been as prominently featured at events in the 2024-2025 period, • Brainstorm opportunities to specifically promote these messages in new outreach projects or incorporate these messages into existing outreach projects. The Committee identified four topics, detailed below, that they would like to promote more in the upcoming year. Across all topics, the Committee recognized that the messaging of each of the topics is still effective and appropriate, and that any of the topics could be integrated into the ongoing outreach projects of social media posts and the website. Through a guided discussion, the Committee brainstormed opportunities to promote these messages. The messaging topics and outcomes of the brainstorm are described in Table 3. A table of all ten outreach topics and corresponding messages and target audiences is presented in Appendix D: Outreach Message Updates.
