1.0 PURPOSE:
The Newport News Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NNRHA) is seeking sealed bids from Virginia
Licensed “Class A” General Contractors with at least five (5) years of similar experience in major demolition
work. This project involves demolition to the Marshall Courts Buildings #57, #58, #59, #60, #61, #62, #64, #65,
#66, #67, #68 & #69 as outlined in the attached drawings.
Bidder(s) shall provide sufficient detail to facilitate NNRHA’s evaluation of the bids. NNRHA reserves the right to
reject any and all bids and waive any informality.
