In accordance with the provisions stated herein, I will to the "greatest extent feasible"
provide training, employment and contract opportunities to qualified low-income
residents and business concerns which provide economic opportunities to low-income
persons in the area in which this project is located (Hampton Roads Metropolitan Area),
This clause and reporting requirements will be incorporated into any lower tier
contracts.
We will comply and seek out low-income persons for any open positions. Notices shall be
posted in conspicuous places available to residents, employees and applicants for any
open positions.
