STEP 7: IMPLEMENT, MONITOR, AND
EVALUATE THE PROGRAM
The Committee, along with City staff, will meet quarterly to monitor the
implementation of the outreach projects. During these meetings, the following will
be evaluated:
• Project status and outcomes,
• Progress toward PPI goals,
• Updates to targeted audiences or messages,
• Identification of stakeholders tasked with implementing projects.
The Committee will record all revisions made to the plan, and the updated
document will be presented to the City Council for review as part of the City’s annual
CRS recertification package.
