V. INVENTORY OTHER PUBLIC INFORMATION EFFORTS
To develop an effective PPI, the Committee inventoried other public information
efforts that were focused at City residents. By understanding what efforts have
already reached residents, the PPI outreach can either fill gaps or be complementary
to these methods. The City can also glean best practices from the efforts that
worked well while developing revised materials based on efforts that needed
improvements. Table 8 lists these projects:
