ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The City will make available to citizens, records regarding the past use of funds, the Citizen
Participation Plan, the Consolidated Action Plan, substantial amendments to the Consolidated Plan,
and the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). A copy of the above
documents will be placed in all branch libraries of the Newport News Public Libraries:
