The Intent for Bid for the Oyster Point fire repair closed at 2 PM on February 6, 2026. NNRHA has
received three bids. There will now be a review for completion, scoring and follow-up.
Yardi Platform
Yardi Budget and Job Cost Training was conducted during the week of February 9". This training
consists of job, budget & contract setups, transactions and expense reporting as well as a review of
the draw process and reporting functions. This training enables our users to have a better
