To assist emerging real estate developers with an opportunity to scale
up their businesses and projects with a focus on affordable housing.
The Academy aims to empower emerging developers with
opportunities to create, grow, and thrive through knowledge,
mentorship, and capital. We aim to increase the affordable housing
stock and increase equity for real estate developers and the
community.
TRANSFORMATIVE IMPACT
The Academy believes actionable pathways aimed at equity are
essential to bringing inclusion to previously inaccessible places. By
establishing a program rooted in economic development at all facets
and unparalleled educational opportunities, our real estate
development strategy will continue to use community support to bring
action to fruition by making tools, training, and applicable funding
available to assist emerging real estate developers to further advance
