R.E.D. ACADEMY®
The R.E.D. Academy® program originated in
Middle Tennessee and was established to assist
emerging real estate developers with a chance to
succeed and get an opportunity to participate in
the great economic boom in Middle Tennessee.
R.E.D. Academy® has grown from just a vision of
facilitating emerging real estate developers with
the knowledge to do affordable housing projects
and providing pre-development capital for said
projects to a well-known secret that is expanding
the vision of what projects can be, who they
affect, and how to touch more lives than just the
developers in the cohort.
This program is shifting mindsets, opportunities,
execution, engagement, collaboration, and
equity.
