A request has been received from Mr. Rod Hulin, the owner of 133 Pocahantas Drive, for the City to vacate its interest in a 5,761 square-foot portion of right- of-way located at the corner of Denbigh Boulevard and Pocahantas Drive. Mr. Hulin intends to use the property to expand his yard. Waterworks had requested a 10-foot easement be retained to allow access and maintenance on a section of its waterline located within the right-of-way, which has been drafted in coordination with the City Attorney’s Office, Waterworks, and Engineering.
