in the Commonwealth as a domestic or foreign business entity if so required by Title 13.1 or Title 50 of the
Code of Virginia or as otherwise required by law. To the extent required by law, Flock shall comply with the
Virginia Information Technology Access Act.
By executing this Order Form, Customer represents and warrants that it has read and agrees all of the
terms and conditions contained in the Terms attached. The Parties have executed this Agreement as of the
