Job Fair Ignites Opportunity for Social Services Program Participants
The Job Fair held on May 27, 2026, at the Marshall Courts Recreation Center was a
successful event for Social Services program participants. The event brought together local
employers and job seekers in a focused, supportive environment designed to build
confidence and accelerate employment readiness. Participants engaged in productive
conversations, received on-the-spot feedback, and secured multiple follow-up interviews.
Employers reported that attendees were well-prepared and demonstrated strong interest in
available opportunities. Staff preparation and partnership between NNRHA and the
Department of Human Services played a key role in ensuring participants arrived ready to
present themselves professionally.
Overall, the event strengthened community partnerships, increased participant confidence,
and created clear pathways toward employment for all participants.
Community Resources - Resident Relations

completed the program, nine (9) residents received certificates of completion, and two (2)
residents were offered employment opportunities on May 4, 2026.
