On February 14, 2025, twenty-three recruits
successfully completed the NNPD Basic Law
Enforcement Academy and were sworn in by
the Honorable Judge Christopher Papile.
Class Representative, Officer Connor Sutton
offered remarks. Officer Alexis Manley-Lee
earned the James Fox Award for Excellence.

On June 13, 2025, thirteen recruits
successfully completed the NNPD Basic Law
Enforcement Academy and were sworn in by
the Honorable Angela Reason, Clerk of
Courts. Class Representative, Officer Jules C.
Allen offered remarks. Officer Tyrel Wilson
earned the James Fox Award for Excellence.

On October 3, 2025, thirteen recruits
successfully completed the NNPD Basic Law
Enforcement Academy and were sworn in by
the Honorable Robert G. Saunders. Class
Representative, Officer Kelly Hernandez
offered remarks. Officer Harold Holmes
earned the James Fox Award for Excellence.
