Pinecroft Elevator Services
NNRHA has selected Elevated Technologies, Inc. dba Metro Elevators to complete the Pinecroft
elevator modernization project. The project is currently on schedule with an estimated completion
date of December 2026. Metro Elevators has begun procuring the necessary materials, while other
project components are progressing through the engineering and design phases. The Authority will
continue to monitor the project's progress and provide updates as key milestones are achieved.
Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP)
The Request for Proposal for Consulting Services for the Community Development Block Grant and
HOME Investment Partnerships Program Administration was posted on August 7, 2026, and is due
to close on September 7, 2026.
