Ashe Manor Apartments
Renovations to the trash room at Ashe Manor Apartments are underway. The existing trash
compactor has been removed, the area has been pressure washed, and concrete repairs
are in progress. The project will also include replacement of the trash chute, painting, and
sealing of the concrete floor to improve sanitation, functionality, and overall building
conditions.
Additionally, a new chiller system for the building was approved on July 17, 2026, with
delivery anticipated on November 2, 2026. This improvement will enhance the building’s
climate control capabilities, increase system reliability, and provide a more comfortable
environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Pinecroft Apartments
Two maintenance improvement projects are being prepared for the bidding process at
Pinecroft Apartments. The planned exterior improvements will include chemical washing,
painting, and repairs as needed to enhance the appearance and protect the building’s
exterior. Interior improvements will focus on common areas, including repairs and repainting
of stairways and hallways.
These improvements will support the continued preservation of the property, improve
resident experience, and ensure Pinecroft remains a safe and well-maintained housing
