MARSHALL-RIDLEY RESIDENTIAL FACADE PROGRAM
The Marshall-Ridley Residential Facade Program is a $2.1 million grant program to assist
owner-occupied homeowners in the Choice Neighborhood Initiative area with exterior home
improvements. The grant allows for exterior improvements up to $20,000 for each property. A
total of 113 applications were received, and 113 have been processed and are currently at
varying stages, as indicated in the chart below.
Having completed processing of all applications received for the Residential Facade Program,
the Authority will be accepting new applications beginning July 21st on a first come, first
served basis until all funds have been depleted.
