Annual Plan for FY 2026-2030 Submission of HUD
Form 50077-ST
This morning a public hearing is being held to receive
comments on the proposed Public Housing Agency Plan
for Fiscal Year 2026-2030 and submission of HUD Form
50077-ST.
A Notice appeared in the Daily Press on Sunday, July 20,
2025 and the Tidewater Hispanic on July 17, 2025 as well
as NNRHA Wilbern building, all Public Housing rental
offices and the occupancy office stating the draft Five Year
Plan was available for public review at the Authority鈥檚
office at 227 27" Street, Newport News, Virginia during
business hours. NNRHA staff met with the Resident
Advisory Board on July 18, 2025 to present the draft plan.
