Capital Fund Program FY25-FY29 Capital 5-Year
Plan
This morning a public hearing is being held to receive
comments on the proposed Capital Fund Program (CFP)
FY 2025 — FY 2029 5-Year Plan.
A Notice appeared in the Daily Press on Sunday, July 20, 2025
and at the NNRHA Wilbern building, as well as all Public Housing
rental offices on Monday, July 21, 2025. NNRHA staff met with the
Resident Advisory Board on July 18, 2025 to present the draft
plan. A copy of the draft plan was placed in each rental office, the
occupancy office and the NNRHA main office at 227 27" Street,
Newport News, Virginia and is available for public examination
during business hours.
