During this review, several cellular lines with no usage were identified and disconnected, resulting in monthly cost savings of approximately $420. Ms. Simmons also noted that existing cellular devices (iPhone SE models) were outdated and experiencing performance issues. On November 20th, the Housing Authority received 43 iPhone 16 devices at no cost, which will replace the existing devices. This initiative supports cost savings, improved staff accessibility, and operational continuity.
