Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP)
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the
Authority to submit Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP)
certifications within 60 calendar days after the end of each fiscal year. The
SEMAP Program examines 14 key performance measures of the housing choice
voucher program. The indicators of performance and our self scoring on each
