Ashe Manor
Ongoing maintenance activities at Ashe Manor continue to progress. Current reviews are focused
on the replacement of the chiller and trash compactor. Following completion of those improvements,
the replacement of shutdown valves and new HVAC systems for each unit will be evaluated.
Maintenance staff continue to support daily operations while ensuring the ongoing upkeep of
residents’ living spaces.
Pinecroft Apartments
A bid package addressing the capital needs of Pinecroft Apartments is expected to be developed
soon. In the interim, the property maintenance team continues to address and manage the day-to-
day needs of the community.
Roof Projects
Progressive Roofing has been selected as the contractor for the roof replacement projects. The
contractor is currently finalizing required documentation with the procurement manager. Once
weather conditions permit, a start date and project timeline will be established. Upon completion,
these improvements will significantly extend the longevity and performance of the affected
