Re: Court Appointed Attorney Time Sheets
A recent audit of the Newport News Circuit Court Clerk’s Office by the Office of the
Executive Secretary found a deficiency in time sheets being filed by court appointed attorneys.
All attomeys appointed by the Newport News Circuit Court are asked to file time sheets with the
"Newport News Circuit Court Clerk’s Office within five (5) days after the case has resolved so
that the costs and fees can be assessed and the case ended. Timesheets should be filed
