This is to inform you of the Newport News Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s
(NNRHA) Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) score for the fiscal year ended
June 30, 2023, and the grade for each indicator included in the SEMAP assessment. Your PHA’s

SEMAP enables HUD to better manage the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) |
