MARSHALL-RIDLEY RESIDENTIAL FACADE PROGRAM
The Marshall-Ridley Residential Facade Program is a $2.1 million grant program to assist
owner-occupied homeowners in the Choice Neighbo
rhood Initiative area with exterior home
improvements. The grant allows for exterior improvements up to $20,000 for each property. A
total of 113 applications were received and 87 have been processed and are currently at varying
stages as indicated in the chart below:
