Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders. Morning Bob, Attached please find the summary of material expenditures prepared by GMT related to the Noodle concert, along with bank records confirming that PWF issued payment of $3 million to GMT. We understand the City also requested additional validating documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and similar records. GMT has advised, in writing, that it does not intend to provide contracts, invoices, or any further supporting documentation beyond the expenditure summary. As you noted, based on PWF’s agreement with GMT, GMT is not required and as such PWF has no recourse to compel GMT to provide those underlying documents. As a representative of PWF, I do want to note that this is not PWF’s standard practice for expenditure documentation. Under ordinary circumstances, PWF would expect a greater level of supporting documentation for expenses utilizing not only public funding but also private funding we receive. In this case, however, GMT was the production partner identified for this event, and PWF’s visibility into the underlying expenditure records has been limited by the terms of GMT’s agreement and GMT’s position on disclosure. We are providing all information available to PWF at this time, including the expenditure summary and proof of full payment, in an effort to be responsive to our obligation to the City. Please let us know if the City needs any additional clarification regarding the materials provided or the limitations on the supporting documentation available to PWF.
