In accordance with HOME Program requirements, the City will satisfy the required 25 percent local match for HOME funds drawn down through eligible non-federal contributions identified in 24 CFR 92.220. Eligible match sources may include, but are not limited to, cash contributions from non-federal sources, donated real property, forbearance of fees, on-site and off-site infrastructure improvements, donated labor and professional services, sweat equity contributions, direct costs of supportive services for residents of HOME-assisted units, and homebuyer counseling services provided to households purchasing homes with HOME assistance.
