• Site Operations Staff: $160,000
• Runners: $12,000
NOTES: Includes production staff, check-in staff, scanners, runners, logistics team, tech teams, front of house
staff, back of house staff. We had to cut down on staff costs due to needing to allocate budget elsewhere,
however we were low on staff throughout the entire event. We had senior producers running food, runners
constantly making trips back and forth, and had to be constantly cover multiple venue areas at once with limited
staff.
Heavy Equipment and Labor: Budgeted: $80,000 ----- Actuals: $136,489

NOTES: Includes riggers, builders, heavy equipment rentals, operators. Because of the need to move the
dome, a big issue here was the fact we had approved the access road for our in and out for production, load-in,
load-out, and also VIP artist entry and exit. During the event, we were told we could no longer use this road
during the event. This caused huge delays in our load-out and with our equipment not being able to get out in a
timely manner, which caused this cost to go up.
