6. Performance standards
The policy, procedure, service standard, written definition, or other existing record
used by NNPS to determine whether a bus or route is “on time,” late, missed, or
canceled.
Format and production
For spreadsheets, database exports, dashboards, or tabular records, please
provide the records in their native electronic format, such as CSV or XLSX, with
field names and column headings intact. Please do not convert structured data to
PDF.
For other records, electronic PDF or the original electronic format is acceptable.
Electronic delivery by email or download link is preferred.
This request seeks existing records only and does not require NNPS to create a
new report, conduct an analysis, answer questions, or compile information that is
not already maintained. If one responsive record contains exempt information,
please redact only the exempt portions and release the reasonably segregable
remainder.
If responsive records are maintained by an outside vendor on NNPS’s behalf,
please include those public records within the division’s possession or control.
Please provide records on a rolling basis when readily available. If any records or
portions are withheld, please identify the volume and general subject matter
withheld and cite the specific Virginia Code provision authorizing each
withholding.
Costs
I request an advance, itemized estimate if the anticipated cost will exceed $500.
