10. Amendments/Modifications.
The parties may amend this Contract at any time, in
writing, by mutual agreement. The City Manager or her designee may execute such
amendments on behalf of the City.
11. Suspension or Termination.
The City may terminate this Contract for convenience or
cause as specified in the IFB.
12. Notices.
Notices required by this Contract shall be in writing and delivered via mail
(postage prepaid), commercial courier, or personal delivery or sent by facsimile or other
electronic means. Any notice delivered or sent as aforesaid shall be effective on the date of
delivery or sending. All notices and other written communications under this Contract shall be
addressed to the individuals below unless otherwise modified by subsequent written notice:
