Good afternoon,
Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, | request existing records
concerning the designation and listing of FOIA officers for the Newport News
School Board and Newport News Public Schools from January 1, 2024 through
December 31, 2025.
Specifically, | request:
1. Every FOIA-officer registration, submission form, update, correction, removal
request, email, letter, or confirmation concerning Newport News Public
Schools or the Newport News School Board during the requested period.
2. Records showing the dates on which Michelle Morgan Price was added to,
updated in, or removed from the Council’s FOIA-officer list.
3. Records identifying any acting, interim, additional, or replacement FOIA officer
submitted for the School Board or NNPS after February 14, 2025.
4. Records showing the date on which Robert C. White was first submitted,
