AIR SERVICE: COMMERCIAL AND CHARTER PASSENGER DATA 2024 AND 2025 PHF passenger activity in 2025 tracked closely with 2024 levels overall, with 2025 trending ahead during the first half of the year. Monthly volumes remained steady, generally around the 10,000 passenger range, with typical seasonal variation across the year. PHF will continue focusing on service reliability and convenient regional access while supporting opportunities for future growth.
