The attached resolution authorizes the President of the managing member corporation
to:
+ Execute amendments to the Bond Loan Documents and any documents
necessary to extend and convert the loans to permanent financing.
* Sign and deliver documents related to the Agreement, Conversion Deadline
Extension, the DHCD Loans, and Project Operating Agreement Amendments,
including but not limited to modification agreements, deferred payment notes,
deeds of trust, and subordination agreements.
* Take all actions necessary to effectuate these financing arrangements and
amendments.
